M H ALMAHROOS has been appointed Daikin’s distributor in Bahrain and will also be responsible for all after-sales service, guarantees and maintenance contracts for the Japanese brand.

Under the new sales and service contract, a new showroom – the first of its kind in Bahrain – has been set up to display Daikin products.
The showroom was inaugurated last month by Bahrain’s Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr Hassan bin Abdulla Fakhro in the presence of the Japanese ambassador Hideo Sato. Also present were officials from the government, chamber of commerce,  real estate developers, construction companies, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) contractors and dealers.
The showroom, which displays Daikin’s industry-leading VRV system solutions and the new residential range, also features an operating VRV system together with sophisticated ‘I manager’ control modules.
The showroom has a design centre to provide help customers select the right equipment and air distribution system and a workshop and spare parts division with qualified engineers and technicians trained by Daikin to provide after-sales service support and warranty follow-up.
Established in 1930, AlMahroos is one of the largest trading companies in the region.
“AlMahroos, a natural choice for Daikin, has a successful track record of promoting premium brands in Bahrain over the years. It will provide contractors and dealers full support for design, supply, start-up, commissioning, services and parts for the entire Daikin product range,” said a Daikin official.
Daikin is a leading air-conditioning manufacturer with environment and eco-friendly technology. In addition, Daikin produces its air-conditioners with special designs to withstand the high ambient and outdoor temperature conditions of the Middle East.
