A trio of trade exhibitions successfully concluded last month (May 6 to 8) in Bahrain, with more than 7,100 visitors attending.
The three leading shows – the eighth edition of gulfBID, the third gulfInteriors and the second Gulf Property Show – were inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC).
Covering a total of 5,600 sq m of floor space, the shows – popularly known as the ‘3Gs’ – are a one-stop shop for visitors across the construction, interiors and real estate supply chain in the Northern Gulf and are organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), a division of Bahrain’s Al Hilal Group.
“Brisk levels of business were reported, and the shows have once again proven just why they are the leading events of their kind for the Northern Gulf,” said Jubran Abdulrahman, HCE managing director.
He said bookings have already begun for the 2015 editions. “We expect over 50 per cent of all our exhibitors to book early for next year’s shows,” he said, adding that the Gulf Property Show “will be expanded next year to meet surging demand”.
