BAHRAIN-BASED Manara Developments said it has completed 50 per cent of the construction work on the third phase of its Wahat Al Muharraq development.
One of Manara’s major housing projects last year estimated to cost BD22 million ($58 million), Wahat Al Muharraq is located in Qalali in Muharraq and will deliver 227 modern housing units to Bahraini families at affordable prices.
Manara had launched the project last year during The Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for the real estate and property development sectors organised by Bahrain-based Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).
Commenting on the project, managing director Dr Hasan Al Bastaki said Manara places the project delivery and handover timeline at the top of its priorities.
In the first phase of the Wahat Al Muharraq project, all the 30 units were completed and delivered to their owners on time. Now in the second phase, work is on to complete all the 139 units and deliver them to the owners in March.
“As per Manara’s delivery schedule, the third phase of Wahat Al Muharraq will be ready for handover in June,” he stated.
It comprises 58 attached villas that have been designed to encompass the highest architectural and construction standards.
