Wasl Asset Management Group has announced the launch of four major projects in Dubai, UAE, including its mixed-use Creek Heights Residences comprising two towers with the five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel and luxury furnished apartments.
Situated at a prime location on the Dubai Creek, Creek Heights comprises three components, namely is the fully furnished freehold luxury apartments Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences; the ultra-modern, contemporary hotel Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights; and the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights conference centre.
The other three development projects to be undertaken by the group include Zabeel Park One, Al Wasl Tower and Dubai Gate.
Zabeel Park One is a mixed-use complex at Zabeel Park comprising hotels, residential and office buildings, cafes and restaurants, recreational facilities and retail shops along with the first year-round snow fountain and a water fountain.
The main tower in the project will take the shape of number one, reflecting Dubai’s ambitions, it added.
Al Wasl Tower, which will rise on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower will resemble an integrated vertical city featuring the world’s tallest ceramic facade, in addition to vertical gardens and a light museum, the first of its kind in the region, to showcase the history, art and technologies.
Dubai Gate will emerge as a city of innovation and creativity and the gateway to Dubai, from Jebel Ali near the Dubai Metro station in Jebel Ali.
