Danube completes 444-unit Resortz

01 February 2020

UAE-based Danube Properties has announced the completion of Resortz, a Dh300-million ($82 million) luxury resorts-style property that hosts 444 residential and retail units.

Located in Arjan – the growing neighbourhood close to Miracle Gardens – Resortz is a low-rise luxury residential community that was offered to the market at an affordable price. It was sold out a few weeks after its launch in 2017.

“This is the first project completion announcement in the New Year, and we started 2020 with a very positive note. This is our third project to have completed in just seven months – a feat difficult to match,” says Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group. “In the year of the Expo 2020, we believe the demand for homes will soar. Many homes will be offered to tourists as holiday homes through different online channels and our investors and buyers stand to gain from the rising demand this year.”

Atif Rahman, director and partner of Danube Properties, says: “Resortz raises the bar in the residential property development and urban lifestyle. It is a manifestation of Danube Properties’ core values of making customers happy. With Resortz, we wanted to offer a royal lifestyle to our customers at an affordable price.

“As a customer-centric organisation, we always want to find out how to maximise customer happiness. We have spent more than Dh3 million in upgradation and add-on features to offer a better customer experience to make our residents truly happy.

“Installation of a separate lift for people of determination is a rare phenomenon in this part of the world. However, we are one of the first developers to have installed it in Resortz – which has many new features that the homeowners would be proud of.”

The developer has added glassfibre reinforced concrete (GRC) in the common shower, aluminium glass panel doors, shower fittings in common-area washrooms, and GRC features and vintage English-theme lights on the boundary wall. It has also upgraded the pavements  to feature decorative concrete flooring and installed an advanced CCTV and access control system.
