Eagle Hills Sharjah launches Nada Residences

Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, has launched Nada Residences on Maryam Island, the first-of-its-kind luxury waterfront development in Sharjah’s Al Khan and Al Mamzar districts.
The 74-unit building is the latest release within the Maryam Gate Residences community, the second phase of the Maryam Island masterplan located in downtown Sharjah.
Nada Residences is designed around the concept of intimate, community living. The stylish, seven-storey building surrounds beautifully crafted communal spaces. Apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units, ideal for both singles and families looking to enjoy life in Maryam Island’s waterfront location, says Eagle Hills Sharjah.
The low-rise concept maximises natural light and is designed with ease of living in mind, with dedicated podium parking as well as provision for smart home technology and the highest specifications and standards used throughout.
