Bloom Properties has announced that it has begun the handover of luxurious apartments within its premium development, Bloom Towers, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.
The project consists of three residential towers with a total of 944 contemporary apartments – ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Each home at Bloom Towers has been beautifully finished with a modern design and convenient living spaces, the developer states.
According to Bloom Properties, Bloom Towers is the only project in JVC which has its own dedicated chillers, which will ensure only direct cooling charges are paid and unit owners have the full control over the AC demands, it adds.
To ensure best practice standards are implemented with regards to sustainability and energy saving, high quality glass has been used for the buildings’ façade to achieve maximum level possible for heat and UV light management; LED lighting strinstalled in all apartments and common areas; all common areas are managed via smart lighting control system; and best-in-class building management system has been installed to maximise the operational energy demands for the building, says the developer.
“The handover of Bloom Towers’ apartments is an important milestone for Bloom Holding in 2021, as it marks our first residential project to be handed over in Dubai,” says a company spokesman. “Demand for units at Bloom Towers has been extremely high since our launch, and we are happy to start welcoming the first batch of residents in one of Dubai’s fastest growing communities,” he adds.
Meanwhile in Abu Dhabi, Bloom Properties has announced that the first phase of Aldhay, a part of its masterplanned community Bloom Gardens, got sold out within six hours of its release onto the market.
Located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche, the project is set for completion in the third quarter of 2023, will add 181 spacious two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom townhouses to the existing elegant 457 villas and townhouses at Bloom Gardens.
The company has also announced that it will be releasing the second phase of the project for sale.
