Dubai-based Ellington Properties has collaborated with RAK Properties for the ground-breaking of Porto Playa, a waterfront residential development on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, thus marking its strategic expansion into Ras Al Khaimah.

Set for completion in Q4 2026, Porto Playa will offer residents a tranquil lifestyle with resort-style amenities, modern architecture, and breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, Ellington Properties said.
