Rashed Darwish Al Ketbi (RDK) Group, a leading UAE property developer, has announced the launch of Tower Two at Marriott Residences Al Barsha South in Dubai, featuring 137 fully-furnished apartments across 24 floors, with one- to three-bedroom units as well as townhouses and penthouses.

All the units at Marriott Residences Al Barsha South feature exquisite luxury finishes, including Italian marble in the kitchens. Thanks to its strategic location and Marriott branding as well as an attractive payment plan, 90 per cent of the units within Tower One have been snapped up, said a top official.

“At RDK Group, we are overjoyed with the launch of Tower Two, with ready-to-move-in units, and the forthcoming launch of Tower Three at Marriott Residences Al Barsha South, Dubai,” remarked Raja Zeidan, the Chief Operations Officer of RDK Group.

“Building on our ongoing partnership with Marriott International, this success paves the way for exciting projects ahead, including the upcoming launch of the Autograph Collection and The Westin Residences,” said Zeidan.

It boasts a range of key amenities including an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, a gym, saunas, games room, kids playground, two well-equipped meeting rooms, and an exclusive Residents Lounge and two well-equipped meeting rooms, he added.
