Extec Screens and Crushers of the UK has launched a new tracked jaw crusher which it says is set to take the world by storm.
"The new C -12 is a crusher designed and tested using the latest computer-aided design technology with initial testing being undertaken on a large selection of various types of material in Europe," says marketing manager Roger Murrow.
Highlighting its features, he says: "The C-12 is so advanced that it encompasses such revolutionary features as a vibratory feeder with automatic control to regulate the feed into the crusher, a hydraulic adjustment system to regulate the product size to be crushed, reverse crushing action to assist in clearing blockages, and a high crushing speed. All of which gives high production, cleaner products and more profit.
"The C-12 is a totally new concept in tracked crushing designed to increase production, reduce operating costs and produce a fine product. Suitable for crushing virtually any material it encounters, Extec has been staggered by a totally favourable response from the market, with advanced orders far exceeding expectations."
Recent orders include three each for Doyle Plant and Hanly Brothers in the Irish Republic, two for J D Demolition in London and one each for K S D Contractors of Nuneaton, Stonegrave Aggregates and Fenstones, amongst others.
"The C-12," Murrow says, "is set to take crushing to another level."
