Leader installs doors and wardrobes

Leader Furniture supplied and installed doors and wardrobes for all the rooms and offices at The Fairmont Dubai.

The Dubai-based Leader Furniture - which is a part of Juma Al Majid Group of companies - is one of the UAE's leading interior contract furnishers. The company has worked on several major projects including hotels, banks, offices, apartment blocks, residences, universities and leisure centres.

"Leader, which handles FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) projects, is specifically involved in the manufacture of joinery and high-quality furniture such as kitchens and wardrobes and more recently, expanded its product range with metal and steel works, for the UAE," says a company spokesman.

The company's joinery is considered one of the largest and most advanced factories in the Gulf. The 20,000 sq m purpose-built plant in Dubai is fully air-conditioned and fitted with exhaust systems to provide a dust-free environment and is equipped with a comprehensive range of automated machinery.

  • Jumeirah Hilton Resort Hotel, Dubai (500 rooms - furniture, joinery, metal, marble and gypsum works);

  • The Al Hamra Plaza, Ras Al Khaimah (furniture, joinery and fit-out works for public areas and restaurant);

  • Sands Hotel, Abu Dhabi (furniture and joinery work);

  • Private apartments, UK (furniture and fit-out works);

  • The Burj Al Arab (panelling, stainless steel and marble works for the lifts, lobbies, corridors);

  • Emarat filling stations, Dubai (shop fitting, stainless steel, metal and solid surface works);
