Al Nafea Trading Establishment of Saudi Arabia has recently completed a number of major turnkey projects in the Kingdom.

The company, which is a pioneer in office partitioning and interior design work in the Kingdom, is involved in the installation of office partitions, ceiling works, flooring works (with marble, carpets and ceramic tiles), plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical work, telephone and computer networks.

"The projects were executed to our customers' requirements, with the best of finishes, and within the requested time schedule," says sales manager Engr Khaled Othman.

The work was for the Saudi Electric Company's new head office, the Saudi Share Registration Company and the Saudi Higher Educational Fund, all located at the NCCI Tower in Riyadh, as well as for renovation of the main entrance at Saudi Electric Company's central office.

"Our variety of demountable and non-demountable partition systems have helped broaden our customer base to include a large and reputable segment of the market," says Othman.

Al Nafea has also installed fully-glazed frameless partitions and firewall demountable partition systems at the offices of the Saudi Supreme Council for Tourism in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter and at Al Jeraisy Group's (Riyadh House) new office in Jeddah.

"These contracts also included installation of wallpaper from our Handa catalogue," says Othman.

Other major projects executed by the company include:

  • Steel-covered firewall demountable systems for Saudi Aramco at Abqeeq, Ras Tanura and Odhailiah, and Norwood (UK) steel demountable partition system for Aramco's Dhahran site.

  • MDF laminated, wood-coloured firewall demountable partition systems for Mottawassit Trading, Iqa'a Corporation and Al Saghyir Contracting.

  • The French Clips Monobloc demountable partition system for the Arab National Bank and Ministry of Defence.

  • Aquaroc waterproof demountable toilet partitions for Saudi Telecom, Al Safi Dairy and the National Guard.

"Along with these systems, Al Nafea Trading provides the best maintenance programme in the market which exceeds any warranty given in the kingdom," says Othman.

"We offer a free interior design consultation and evaluation plan, to cover many different interior design aspects and achieve the excellence with the feed back of our customers. Our partitions can be designed to work at different locations to meet different requirements in the market."

The company supplies its products through its head office in Riyadh, branches in Dammam and Jeddah or local distributors.

Customers are provided with a free demonstration, catalogue and free samples and the company will set up an appointment for site visits if required, says Othman.
