New engineering solutions ace set up

Anew engineering solutions and steel fabrication specialist company was set up early this year to fill a gap in the UAE market for a total engineering solutions facility.

Dubai-based Senan Engineering – part of MAHY Khoory Group Of Companies – claims that it can handle a project right from design to execution, no matter what the size and scale of the job.
“We are an engineering set-up with a difference,” says K Yaghoobi, general manager of Senan Engineering. “With our state-of-the-art machinery, we can deliver products and services of the highest quality and reliability at the most competitive prices. Supported by an experienced team, Senan Engineering is the newest addition to the MAHY Khoory Group, which has been in business since 1945.
N Rajeev, assistant general manager of the group, reveals that the strength of the firm is in the experienced staff in charge of design, fabrication, sales and service and the latest machinery through which a customer can have access to the complete facility under one roof, which is unique in the UAE.

“Senan Engineering has two divisions – one is engineering and the other is trading related to this field. The trading division has products such as solar water heaters and heat pumps from Caps-Aus Envirosun, a subsidiary of the Danish conglomerate VKR Group, which specialises in solar water heating solutions; hardware (Varo – Spain); pipes and fittings; swimming pool products and maintenance,” continues Rajeev.
Engineering services include structural steel fabrication, stainless steel welding, stainless steel tank fabrication and desalination plants, garbage chute manufacturing, shot blasting, precision CNC (computerised numeric control) machining, lathe works, machine tool maintenance and re-conditioning, motor repair and maintenance.
Senan Engineering is one of the four companies under the umbrella of Emirates International Group, which works under the larger banner of Khoory Group. Senan’s sister concern Emirates Equipment and Machinery Establishment is the exclusive agent for Espa pumps of Spain, Rilax swimming pool products of Spain, CRI pumps of India, Speroni (Italy) pumps, Fominaya flushing system of Spain, Dart Valley Water Conservation Systems of the UK, Aquarela fittings of Spain, Winia Air Conditioners of Korea.
Other affiliates include Greenland Equipment & Machinery Establishment, which represents Sta-Rite/Nocchi of Pentair Group of the US, Elbi pressure tanks of Italy, Iner water heaters of Italy, Sharp pumps of India and Hyundai Air Conditioners of Korea; and Blue Ocean Materials, which handles the import, export and general trading business.
