Ali Moosa and Sons, the firm behind the iconic “Emirates Flag” project, has launched A1 Tower, a Dh300 million ($81 million) commercial development in Jumeirah Village South.
The 45-storey A1 Tower will be located in the city centre of Jumeirah Village, the business hub of Dubai, offering a gross built-up area of 410,629 sq ft with a judicious mix of retail space of 42,452 sq ft.
Centrally located in the main business district of the Jumeirah Village South, the project will enjoy views of the Central Lake and of the Central Park. It will have world class features that include a luxuriously-appointed lobby and reception, 24 hour IT enabled security, fire management system, extensive parking area and other world class amenities like IP enabled information backbone and wireless broadband which will connect the entire building.
Designed by Dimensions, the project can be accessed from three major highways and an internal tram system in the Jumeirah Village, which will be linked to the Dubai Metro’s blue line scheduled for completion by 2010.
The design is highlighted by four central pillars, which gradually arch inward, facing the sky to define the shape of the Tower. It represents the grace of a flower petal ready to bloom and the power of arrow ready to be released from the bow.
The AAA group is to launch commercial and residential projects worth Dh1.6 billion in the coming year. The A1 tower is the first phase of a Dh2 billion commercial development in the Jumeirah Village South and it will be announcing phase II and Phase III shortly, says AAA Home Group chief executive officer Mohammed Al Syoufi.
