The UK-based Belle Group has added a pair of rugged, walk-behind double-drum rollers to its comprehensive range of compaction equipment. The BWR650 and BWR750 models are the result of an exclusive partnership between Belle and a leading Japanese manufacturer, which already supplies Belle with its four-stroke rammers, says a spokesman.
Notifier, a world leader in commercial fire alarm technology, has introduced an audible exit sign that the company says could potentially reduce evacuation times by up to 75 per cent. “Onyx ExitPoint goes much further than just marking exits. It is a new technology for guided egress through directional sound,” says a company spokesman.
The German Weinig Group will unveil a long list of innovations at the Ligna+Hannover 2005, to be held next month (May 2 to 6).
