Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers has appointed a new Executive Chef, who is known for his innovative approach and mastery in crafting memorable dining experiences, and brings over 26 years of global expertise to redefine luxury dining at the hotel.
Chef Saul Andrade joins the Sheraton Dubai Creek team following his previous role as Executive Chef at The Cove Rotana Resort, where he managed a diverse team across nine F&B outlets and catered to events hosting thousands of guests.
He has honed his craft at an impressive range of hotels and restaurants across Europe and the Middle East, including leadership positions at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Residence Hotel, Tivoli Marina de Vilamoura (Minor), Conrad Algarve and Hilton Cascatas in Portugal, Sheraton Bahrain, HTC Talatona Conventions (Angola – Luanda), by where he excelled in pre-opening projects, menu engineering, and culinary and F&B operations.
At Sheraton Dubai Creek, Andrade will oversee the hotel’s F&B operations, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction through inventive, cutting-edge menus and quality service.
His leadership will drive the team to maintain the highest standards of gastronomic excellence, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and HACCP compliance, a statement said.
