Omniyat to deliver as per schedule

Omniyat Properties says it is committed to deliver all launched projects on time.
With nine projects under way, at a value of more than Dh13 billion ($3.53 billion), Omniyat Properties will deliver all projects over three years, at the rate of three per year.
“Construction is on track for all of Omniyat’s launched projects and Omniyat is firmly committed to our delivery timelines,” says CEO Peter Walichnowski. “The management and development team visited six sites and we were very pleased with the progress. The first three projects – One Business Bay, Bayswater and The Square – will be completed by April, while the second batch of three projects, namely The Pad, Binary and Gemini, will be delivered by 2010. The Octavian, The Opus and Beachfront Living will be delivered by 2011.
Executive chairman Mehdi Amjad said: “2009 will be a milestone year for us, as we will turn our iconic projects into reality and deliver the ultimate Omniyat experience. Be it a commercial, mixed-use or residential project, each will embody Omniyat’s unifying values – to enhance the way one interacts with their environment and truly live the future. Every project will have Omniyat’s seal of quality, providing superior lifestyle offerings, which inspire and provide healthy and efficient environments.”
