gulfBID 2010 dates announced

THE Gulf International Exhibition for Construction, Interiors & Furniture 2010 (gulfBID 2010) will be held from May 4 to 6 next year.
The event, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIEC), has been confirmed by the organiser Hilal Conferences & Exhibitions (HCE) of Bahrain, which is part of the Al Hilal Group.
gulfBID 2010 will be the most comprehensive, all-round sourcing opportunity for the Northern Gulf, housing hundreds of products and services under eight categories – building and construction, water technology and environment, air-conditioning and refrigeration, cleaning and maintenance, glass and metal, bathrooms and ceramics, marble and machinery and construction plant, machinery and vehicles. The event will be held against a background of massive investment in projects across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. In Saudi Arabia, for example, the total value of active projects stands at more than $1 trillion.
The fourth gulfBID was held in May this year and featured more than 190 exhibitors from 26 countries.
