BRIDGES Middle East 2010 will bring regional and international public and private sector industry leaders together in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from October 24 to 27.
Held under the patronage of Abu Dhabi Municipality and supported by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Public Works, speakers and participants will meet to discuss strategic projects and bridge development plans in the Middle East region and hear about the latest technologies available in bridge design, construction and maintenance.
“Four days of innovative content will give participants the unique opportunity to meet with ministries of public works, municipalities, transport authorities, private developers, consultants, contractors, engineers, architects and designers and will also benefit from the exclusive opportunity to visit the iconic Sheikh Zayed Bridge and Horadiyat Bridge,” said a spokesman for IQPC, the event’s organiser.
Bridges Middle East is a regional event dedicated to designing, planning and delivering sustainable bridges. Following the phenomenal success of IQPC’s global Bridges series, including two regional summits, this event will offer a platform for stakeholders in the value chain, from bridge design and planning to construction and maintenance, to drive the bridge industry forward.
