KOHLER, a global leader in kitchen and bath products, has launched two new cast iron kitchen sinks designed with the region’s homeowners in mind.
Constructed from premium enamelled cast iron, the Wheatland and Lawnfield kitchen sinks combine durability and function with timeless personalised design at an affordable price. The products have been manufactured from 93 per cent recycled and reclaimed materials and are environmentally sound, whilst being durable and guaranteed not to chip, crack or burn, according to Kohler.
“Customers in the Middle East have very sophisticated home interior taste, and demand innovative designs that appeal to their needs. Kohler understands this, and constantly endeavours to meet these requirements by combining functionality and design,” says Mohamed Nada, regional marketing manager for Kohler in the Middle East.
Designed to create a personalised focal point in the kitchen for homeowners, the new Wheatland and Lawnfield sinks are available in 16 different colours, allowing customers to personalise the sinks to match their tastes.
The Wheatland kitchen sink is a clean, versatile, offset double-basin design with an elegant composition of arcs; while the Lawnfield has an elegant design with a wave-like curve in the back of each of its offset double basins. Both sinks feature a divider that is 2.5 cm lower than the rim to minimise splashing; centring the faucet escutcheon over the divider permits reach into both basins without requiring the use of a pullout spray-head or side-spray. The sinks’ accessories include stainless steel bottom basin racks. The sinks are 22.9 cm deep, which provides extra space to soak and wash large pots and pans. Available in both self-rimming and under-counter installation configurations, the Wheatland and Lawnfield are now available across the Middle East through Kohler’s regional distributor network.
