INTERNATIONAL design, consulting, engineering and management services company Arcadis together with its subsidiary EC Harris has won a three-year framework contract with Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) to provide business planning, masterplanning, design, engineering, programme management and training services.

EC Harris has an existing working relation with ADPC for whom it has been providing project control services for the newly-built Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone project in Abu Dhabi.

The contract calls for a very broad scope of services, including port planning and engineering, financial and economic modelling, traffic forecasting and tariff setting.
