Al Nafea Trading Establishment of Saudi Arabia says it has recently executed several major projects recently in the Kingdom
''These include one for the Arab Satellite Organisation (Arabsat) at the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh and the NCCI Training Center, also at the Diplomatic Quarter,'' says engineer Khaled Othman, the deputy sales manager for the Riyadh-based firm.
He continues: ''Clips' Monoblock system was specified for both the projects, It is a French system that features an overall thickness of 50 mm, a high standard of fire rating and soundproofing, and a very easy way to dismantle and reassemble.''
As Al Nafea has a wide variety of partition systems, the company can cater to the needs of various clients, says Othman. ''Our systems can be used almost everywhere. They can be used in offices, warehouses, department stores, hospitals, workshops, and many other locations,'' he says. ''Our demountable systems consist of Firewall gypsum board with 100mm total thickness. We have Clips' Monoblock wood type of partitions with 50-mm total thickness and we also market Norwood, a steel panel system.''
Al Nafea says its systems have been installed at different locations for several banks, hospitals, embassies, government offices, Aramco, Saudi Consolidated Electricity Company (Sceco), dairy firms and publishing houses.
''Our good reputation helped us win contracts for over 30 offices for major companies at the Al Umm Centre, one of Riyadh's new landmark towers,'' Othman says. ''Our satisfied clients include Shayea Al Shayea law firm, Alcatel, Al Rajhi Al Watania, Saudi Pakistani Company, Abdulaziz Al Muhaimeed law office and Al Hazmy law office.''
Al Nafea recently completed a project at a new department store on Prince Abdullah Road. ''For the project, our demountable system was modified in order to accommodate the client's specification. We designed a hanger system over the roof to accommodate the need for extra space at a lower cost, without compromising on design aesthetics.''
Al Nafea also offers glass partitions including any etching design and one such intricate project it executed was for the Saudi Share Registration Company offices at the Abraj Atta'awuneya twin towers complex in Riyadh.
The fully-glazed partition system with a stainless steel sliding door, was designed to complement the glass and granite-themed complex.
Al Nafea has recently introduced a new range of wallpaper that is highly durable and washable, in several new exclusive colours, to its portfolio.
The company is also offering Buflon vinyl tiles and Burmatex carpet tiles at special discount rates up to the end of April this year, according to Othman.
''All local distributors are invited to visit our head office in Riyadh, or our branches in Dammam and Jeddah, for a catalogue and free samples,'' Othman says.
