As many as 13 companies and organisations will be showcasing the latest in German technology and services at the German Pavilion at Saudi Build this year.
The pavilion is organised by Messe Stuttgart International, and presented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA). It is supported by the German Near and Middle East Business Association (NUMOV), and the Association of the Steel and Metal Processing Industry (WSM).
According to a spokesman for the pavilion, German companies will be presenting their products and services under the ‘Made in Germany’ banner in various segments, including building technology and automation, construction materials, construction techniques, consultancy services, equipment and vehicles, external solutions, and interior design and finishing.
The exhibiting companies include renowned names like the ACO Group, Eirich, Haver and Boecker, Kobiz, Masa, Nova Building IT, Assyx, Chemadd, Lanxess, Kemroc, Pemat, Aquatherm, and Top Werk.
ACO Group, a global leader in the manufacture of drainage, grease and oil separator technology and wastewater treatment systems, will be showcasing its modular channel with ladder bar grating in stainless steel; LipuSmart, a four-in-one grease separating solution; and Multiline, an external drainage solution with cast iron or stainless steel gratings.
Another key exhibitor Masa has grown to be a global leader in design, manufacture and installation of equipment for the building products industry. On its booth at Saudi Build, it will be showcasing various block building machines and processes such as the Masa aerated concrete production plant, Masa Cuboter for the production of high quality light or heavy weight concrete blocks in high capacities, and Masa-Sandlime for the production of high quality sand lime bricks.
Assyx will be showcasing Duroboard, a high-quality production pallet for the manufacture of concrete products. It was developed together with Germany’s Bayer MaterialScience (known today as Covestro Deutschland).
Also at the German pavilion is Haver and Boecker, which specialises in processing, transporting, mixing, filling, packing, palletising and automating of loose, bulk, liquid and pasty products. It will be showing visitors its Adams technology for the filling of powdery products into watertight form-fill-seal packages. Developed for the cement and building materials market, the technology has also made a name for itself in the minerals, chemicals and food industries and is now conquering the cement business. To date, Haver and Boecker has sold more than 500 Adams filling spouts.
Other products by Haver and Boecker include Seal technology for clean valve bag filling; and Radimat, a bag applicator that automates the packing of cement into valve bags using rotating packing systems.
Also part of the Haver and Boecker is Haver Niagara, which will showcase complete solutions for complex plant projects, such as mineral processing plants.
Another exhibitor Kemroc manufactures specialised milling products which will be promoted at the show. It has the SMW range, designed for use as an excavator slot cutting attachment that cut narrow trenches, especially for laying cables, quickly and efficiently; cutter wheels in the DMW range designed as an attachment to hydraulic excavators to work underwater to depths of 30 m; and the EK range of chain cutters for use on excavators and ideal for deep narrow trenches.
Among other exhibiting companies, Kobiz, a long-time supplier of top brands in the Middle East, will be showcasing various paving moulds; Pemat will have its Zyklos rotating pan mixer and Pemat planetary mixer on display; Nova Building IT will showcase its Nova BIM 5D construction software especially created for architects, civil engineers and project managers; and Eirich will have the Mixer Type D23 intensive mixer for the preparation of concrete, mortar and sand lime brick.
