Paschal boosts its contractor portfolio

Paschal-Werk G Maier has added four new contractors to its list of clients in the UAE currently using its formwork systems that are proving their versatility in helping shape a diverse range of structures.

These include Ideal System Contracting, City Experts Constructions, VGC Building Contracting and Al Sweidi & Shams Contracting.

The systems have been supplied by Paschal Emirates Company, the Dubai branch of Paschal Concrete Forms, the Bahrain-based regional office of the German formwork manufacturer.

Ideal System Contracting is now using the formwork to build single-side walls at a four-storey residential building project at Dubai’s International City, Phase Two, for its client Abdul Aziz Mohd Ali Al Matrooshi.

City Experts Constructions has deployed Paschal systems for the construction of core walls, columns and shear walls of a five-storey retail and residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai.

VGC Building Contracting is working on the nursery and retail facilities at Dubai Hills Estate, located in Mohammed bin Rashid City, where the formwork systems are being used in the construction of a parapet wall and water tank.

And Al Sweidi & Shams Contracting Company is building a ramp wall at a residential building at Al Raha Beach Residential Building in Abu Dhabi using Paschal formwork.

Paschal systems have been used by most of the leading contractors in the UAE such as Transemirates Contracting, ANC Contracting, General Construction Company, Al Shafar General Contracting, Trojan General Contracting, Al Tatweer Contracting (part of the Belhasa Group), Larsen & Toubro Construction, IAS Lootah Contracting, and Pivot Engineering, among others.

Paschal is a sought-after partner for concrete projects worldwide, with customers in more than 40 countries and 50 years of experience.

Set up in 1997 as the main office for the Middle East, Paschal Concrete Forms has since become one of the leading suppliers of modern formwork solutions to the construction industry in the GCC.

Paschal Concrete Forms, which is based at the Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP) in Hidd, has an assembling facility for modular formwork and a stockyard in Bahrain. In addition, with branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and its Scientific and Technical Office in Dammam, Paschal is strongly represented in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region.
