Samana Developers, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has announced significant progress on its Dh200 million ($54 million) Samana Hills and Samana Greens residential projects, coming up within Arjan Dubailand.
On the Samana Greens project, the Emirati developer says over 93 per cent of the construction work has been completed and the project is scheduled for delivery this October.
Samana Greens offers a total built-up area of 13,000 sq m. The property has 122 units comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and six retail spaces located on the ground level. Its distinctive feature is a leisure deck that features a swimming pool and jacuzzi, landscaped terrace as well as a gymnasium with sauna and steam room.
Parking bays for the residents are located on the ground level, with one bay each for every apartment.
According to Samana, work on the project remained slightly slow, first due to the failure of the contractor to complete it within the stipulated period. Construction activity was 15 per cent slower due to Covid-19 related restrictions from March to May.
On Samana Hills, the developer said the five-storey residential project has reached over 50 per cent completion of its structure. The project completion will coincide with the new start date of Expo 2020, which is re-scheduled for October 1, 2021.
