ServeU wins Dubai tower FM contract

ServeU, a leading facilities management (FM) solutions provider in the UAE and a subsidiary of Union Properties, has won a new contract to provide ServeU Essentials services for Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group, owner of various real estate properties in Dubai.

A privately held business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group  focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing real estate projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which include Ayedh Tower, a residential building located at the heart of Al Jaddaf in Dubai.

As part of the agreement, ServeU Essentials will handle all facilities management (FM) services for the Ayedh Tower, which boasts a mix of studios, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with excellent amenities.

ServeU will cater to all FM needs of the residential property, which include cleaning, lifeguarding and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), says company.

ServeU Essentials comprises Home Essentials, which offers a suite of FM services such as annual maintenance, cleaning, and home automation. Other segments include Business Essentials, which caters to tailored needs of company clients, and Retail Essentials, which provides casual and mobile facilities services to stand-alone or chain entities.

The agreement seeks to maintain the property’s excellent condition and ensure residents benefit from the best quality maintenance and living standards in the emirate, it says.
