Having been involved in some of the major projects in the region, leading Saudi Arabia-based metal systems specialist A-Metal is looking forward to greater success in the field of ceilings, partitions, drywalls and fixings, especially with the region witnessing one of the strongest construction booms ever.
A-Metal – a British company registered in 1991, which captured a significant share of the markets in Europe, Middle and Far East – was acquired jointly by the Attieh Group and Arabian Roots. The joint venture set up a production facility in Saudi Arabia in June 2000 as Saudi Allied Metal Industries.
“A-Metal is a leading manufacturer of high-quality specialised construction materials which meets the most stringent international standards and customers’ high expectation,” says a company spokesman. “We aim to be a leader in the manufacture of specialised construction products and be recognised by customers as partners who contributed in achieving their success through supplying and servicing them on time at all levels and with the most professional, progressive and lowest cost products and services.”
A-Metal provides total solutions in respect of a range of product lines which includes ceiling systems and tiles, drywall partitions, studs, trucks and ceiling profiles, fixing systems for cladding, fasteners, steel construction accessories and a complete range of black steel, galvanised and stainless steel bolts.
“The successful completion of any project, whatever its size, depends as much on the minute detail as on the overall concept and design,” says the spokesman. “A-Metal therefore provides a vital service to the construction and industrial units, through the design and development of a comprehensive and innovative range of products, manufactured to British and international standards."
He continues: “Over the years, the company has linked its global network of specialist agents, located in countries including Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Egypt, Spain and Turkey, directly to the company's state-of-the-art design, customer service and technical support centre and purpose-built factory in Jeddah.
“Our teams of qualified professionals ensure that every product request is dealt with swiftness and efficiency. All clients, wherever they are located, receive a highly personalised service that has been precisely tailored to their needs.
“A-Metal’s purpose-built manufacturing facility emphasises the company’s commitment to provide products of the highest quality, to clients throughout the construction industry. All products are tested to the relevant British and international standards and also by approved independent testing authorities.
“The company assures a quick turnaround for orders received from across the globe for its range of standard products, systems and components. Even for purpose-made products A-Metal promises turnaround of orders in the shortest possible time through its highly integrated international network.”
A-Metal has 17 press machines, a false ceiling T-grid system production line, and furring profiles production line in it factory that covers almost all kind of presses, invariably increasing the company's scope of work.
Its products and designs conform with British standards. Its fixings are tested by UK Nassam, an independent laboratory, says the spokesman.
