THE Big 5 PMV, the region’s most important event for construction plant, machinery, equipment and vehicles, will be staged in a new world-class home in Dubai, UAE.

Waterproofing under the microscope WATERPROOF Membranes 2009 takes place next month at the Swissôtel Dusseldorf/Neuss in Dusseldorf, Germany. To be held from October 19 to 21, the event brings together installers, designers and manufacturers of membranes to discuss the latest developments from new applications to materials and manufacturing.

NEXT year’s Power-Gen Middle East, considered the region’s premier conference and exhibition for the power generation, transmission and distribution and water industries, will be held in Qatar, for the first time in its nine-year history. The 2009 event was held in February in Bahrain.

THE Gulf International Exhibition for Construction, Interiors & Furniture 2010 (gulfBID 2010) will be held from May 4 to 6 next year. The event, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIEC), has been confirmed by the organiser Hilal Conferences & Exhibitions (HCE) of Bahrain, which is part of the Al Hilal Group.
