Dubai-based real estate developer Omniyat has revealed plans to build a $273-million hospitality project in the UAE, in collaboration with Hong Kong-based Langham Hospitality Group. The new hotel will be the hospitality group’s first luxury city hotel bearing the Langham Hotels and Resorts brand in the UAE.






Bids have been invited for the development of the airfield systems, air traffic control (ATC) tower and utilities infrastructure (design and build) at Fujairah International Airport (FIA), as part of a multimillion-dollar expansion plan for the facility being undertaken in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Airports.

Al Noor Hospitals Group plans to expand in the UAE with new blocks being built that will see its size almost double. According to the new plan, the group will sign long-term leases worth about Dh1 billion ($272 million) with its landlord Al Saqr Property Management that will allow it to expand its three main hospitals in Abu Dhabi.

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has revealed plans to build 12 marine transport stations at the Business Bay Canal and the Dubai Water Canal thus increasing the total number of marine transport stations to 18.
