REFORMS Machines and Tools (RMT), a Dubai-based distributor for metals, machines, tools and hardware, will make its debut at Saudi Build to showcase its new metal components.
The company will also use the expo as a platform to promote products from its principals such as measurement systems, band saws, abrasives, circular saw blades for wood, aluminium and steel, aluminium tools and bits, marine and fishing ropes, engineering plastics, lubricants, metals and metal components.
These products made of brass and bronze are durable and resistant to wear and tear and are used in multiple fields such as shipping, manufacturing and marine services.
“They are light and easy to transport, cost effective, can be easily handled and maintained,” says Gagan Arora, director for sales.
“Manufacturing these components is expensive as there is a lot of raw material wastage. Also, there are only a few metal component facilities for brass and bronze, giving us a market edge,” he says.
Commenting on the Saudi market, Arora says: “A lucrative Saudi market has encouraged us to participate in the expo. Market fluctuations don’t affect business here.”
RMT is dealer, distributor and stockist of a range of high quality metals, marine, offshore, oilfield and industrial products and service. It holds a wide range of distributorship and agencies including Rontgen Metallsagen, Germany (for bi-metal band saws and power saw blades for all types of metals and stainless steel (SS) cutting); Sony, Europe (digital readouts, scales, sensors, CNC displays and digital measurement equipment); Acu-Rite, US (digital readouts, scales and CNC displays); Taube, Italy (circular saw blades for wood, aluminium and steel; Sunbird Abrasives, Thailand (discs for cutting/grinding for metals and stainless steel materials); Klein Systemi, Italy (tools and bits); and Crown Lubricants, Middle East.
RMT will be present at Stand A124 at Saudi Build.
