RABIAH & Nassar & Zamil Concrete Industries (Ranco & Zamil Concrete) will promote its comprehensive range of precast elements at this year’s Saudi Build, where it also aims to network with clients and gauge the competition in the market.
The Riyadh-based company, which has benefited from previous shows, will use this platform to market its product line, which includes: standard and non-standard columns, plinth foundation, pre-stressed beams, pre-stressed double TT-slabs and flat slabs, hollowcore slabs, boundary walls and road products such as New Jersey barriers and manholes.
“Our new production lines, including a circulation pallet system, have kept pace with a flourishing building material industry,” says Fahad Marghalani, marketing co-ordinator.
“Guided by a business philosophy of reliability, foresight, good judgment and teamwork, our facility has grown into one of the biggest precast factories in the kingdom,” he says.
The company offers design, manufacture, transportation, and erection of a wide portfolio of precast elements.
According to the company, its market edge is built around high-quality products, low maintenance cost and integration of high-quality architectural finish – all of which led to the completion of prestigious projects such as hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings, industrial and residential structures and bridges.
Established in 1979 as Ranco Precast Concrete on the old Riyadh-Dammam Road, the company joined hands with the Zamil Industrial Group last year to further strengthen its standing in the precast industry.
The joint venture company Rabiah & Nassar & Zamil Concrete Industries offers an extensive portfolio of products and has already unleashed a string of expansion plans to position itself at the forefront of the precast industry and meet the demand in the construction industry, according to a spokesman for the company.
As a leading precast manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, the venture now includes a new breed of dedicated workforce, including skilled engineers and technical professionals who are committed to enhancing the output and quality of its precast products.
Quality control is an integral part of the production process at Ranco & Zamil Precast Concrete Industries and its commitment towards satisfying its customers gives it a competitive edge in the market.
The company, according to him, continuously seeks to update its technology, using the most sophisticated material testing laboratories. In addition, it adopts HSE (health, safety and environment) practices to ensure a safety and clean environment.
The company has established two other regional branches in the Eastern Province (Al Khobar) and the Western Province (Jeddah) of Saudi Arabia to cater to its clients throughout the kingdom. Some of the many projects that have been designed, produced and erected by its competent civil and structural engineers include the Arab Urban Development Institute Building in the Diplomatic Quarter, King Saud Girls Medicine Building, the Jarrir Book Store Building and the Hayatt Mall in Riyadh as well as the Dar Alyoum building in Dammam. As a leading supplier to SEC (Saudi Electricity Company), the company has also carried out work on SEC’s substation projects.
Headquartered in Riyadh, the $25-million company has 520 employees on its rolls.
Rabiah & Nassar & Zamil Concrete Industries will be present at Stand B348 at the expo.
