Emaar launches Terra Nova

01 October 2004

Emaar Properties has announced the launch of Terra Nova, a distinct community of upscale Santa-Fe-styled golf villas set on The Desert Course at the Arabian Ranches.

The adobe architecture of these homes blends into and complements the desert paradise, the golf and equestrian themed development. The two-storey, single-family detached adobe villas are four to seven bedroom units and range from 3,470 sq ft to 6,866 sq ft. The villas feature large balconies and include a front yard with covered carport for two vehicles, state-of-the-art high-speed digital technology for internet, television and voice communication.
The Desert Course is globally acknowledged as one of the best in the world. It is a 7,800-yard Ian Baker-Finch/Nicklaus design world-class desert course, which slips neatly into the contours of the natural desert landscape.
Terra Nova is part of the Emaar Golfing Communities concept pioneered by the property major and launched earlier this year.
The company last week also launched the Golf Towers at the Emirates Golf Club, construction work on which has already begun and will be completed by mid-2007.
Set along the golf course’s perimeter, Golf Towers is part of The Views development and comprises two high-rise towers with one, two and three bedroom units, podium level amenities and secure basement and podium car parking areas.
It also includes townhouse villas facing the golf course and two levels of duplex apartments looking across the landscaped canal.
Amenities at Golf Towers include assigned underground and covered parking, swimming pools, landscaped secluded resort-style pool deck, gymnasium, multipurpose lounge, landscaped parks and walkways, neighbourhood shopping, 24-hour security and maintenance.
