Gazelle to be ready by early 2006

Construction for the third and the final phase of Emaar's Gazelle luxury town is underway and the homes are expected to be ready for occupation by early 2006.
Emaar Properties launched the final phase of its Gazelle luxury town home community at Arabian Ranches, last week.
This final phase of the Gazelle will bring Spanish-style townhouses to one of Dubai's most prestigious lifestyle developments and is forecast to repeat the runaway success of the first two phases, which were sold out before the end of the day they were launched.
Gazelle offers eight types of two-storey terraced town homes situated in landscaped parks. The villas vary from two to three bedrooms and range from 1,780 to 3,153 sq ft in area. Every home comes with parking for two cars and residents will have use of a community centre and walking and cycling paths near the water's edge.
