Emaar has come up with a new addition to the Dubai Marina, with the addition of Marina Quays – a three-tower complex cantilevered over the waters of the Gulf's largest man-made canal.

The towers, connected by a common podium structure, comprise one-, two-, and  three-bed apartments and villas offering magnificient views of the marina waterfront.
The waterfront, which features three modern marinas, will berth nearly 650 boats. Two floating marinas are positioned on either end of the 3.5 km canal and the third and largest is being built beside the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, which is in the final stages of completion.
