01 February 2012

VALBRUNA Stainless Steel aim to capitalise on the huge market demand in Saudi Arabia through its participation at The Big 5 Saudi, says Nadeem Hussain, its area sales manager – stock holdings.

Driven by its successful performance last year, the Dubai-based company will promote a new product for the oil and gas and petrochemical industry, among its other stainless steel products at the show, he says.

“Valbruna will launch special alloy products for the oil and gas sector and the petrochemical industry as well as showcase Reval Materials (stainless steel reinforcement bar) at the show,” says Hussain.

As part of its expansion plans, the manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium products is planning to open an office in India this year.

Hussain says business was fairly good last year with the company continuing to maintain its focus on the main markets for construction in the region like Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.

Headquartered at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, Valbruna was established in 2004 as a 100 per cent directly-owned subsidiary of the Italian manufacturer Acciaierie Valbruna. The company also has an office in Doha, Qatar.

It was set up to enhance its parent company’s reach in the markets of the Middle East, North African and the Indian region and has a 4,000 sq m warehouse where various stainless steel long products are stocked.

Valbruna is committed to providing top quality products to its consumers, identifying the present and future requirements of the market and growing in tune with the development of the market, says a company spokesman.

As part of an international organisation, it has played a crucial role in not only the timely supply of quality raw materials for various prestigious projects, but also is providing close support in terms of technical and after-sales service, thereby forging a strong partnership with its clients, he adds.

Vabruna will be present at Stand E11 at the show.
