Participatingas a debutant at the Interiors show, Bahrain’s Al Abbas Stone Gallery will showcase its expertise in undertaking all types of stone work including interior and exterior works for commercial and private projects.
Led by its general manager Manuel Tersigni, the company will be bringing to the event new products and innovative ideas in the field of marble, including new technology and techniques.
Among the innovations Al Abbas Stone Gallery intends to introduce on the Gulf market are crystal resin, glass onyx, and lightweight marble technology.
Commenting on the factors that have encouraged the company to exhibit at the show, Tersigni says: “The event gives participants maximum exposure and offers them a strong platform to promote their products. It is a quality B2B event.”
Al Abbas Stone Gallery was recently launched as a separate entity from the main company – Majid Al Mohammed – and Tersigni is aware that there will be challenges but is well-prepared to confront them, bearing in mind that “with every challenge you grow”. Other companies under the Majid Al Mohammed umbrella include Haji Gallery, Mobilia Uno and Al Abbas Gallery.
He says the company will be opening a new showroom in Sitra, Bahrain, dedicated solely to marble and granite. It is also procuring state-of-the-art machinery and automation for its factory to enable it to reduce cost and time and increase efficiency and production.
Al Abbas Stone Gallery has supplied to many key projects in the past year, including the Grove Hotel at Amwaj, Fontana Gardens, Spring Hill, Spot Building in Juffair and private villas.
Meanwhile, other projects currently being carried out by the company include Catamaran, Seef Avenue, The Grove Suite in Adliya, private villas and gardens for the ruling family, the GCC Arbitration Centre, and Lagoon Heights at Amwaj.
