Emaar Development says it has unveiled ‘Collective’, an innovative concept for co-living spaces in Dubai Hills Estate within walking distance of Dubai Hills Mall, with a planned metro station around the corner.

The focus of the new development is on providing a rich array of amenities that are unparalled in projects of a similar nature, assuring significant return on investment, through resale or rental income, the developer says.
