Deyaar Development has begun the handover process for two of its residential towers within its Mont Rose project, thus marking its first handover for 2018.
Located in Dubai Science Park, Mont Rose is a contemporary residential and hotel-apartment project. It comprises three towers: Mont Rose residential towers A and B, and one hotel-apartment tower, the Millennium Deyaar Mont Rose Apartments, which will be managed by Millennium & Copthorne, one of the fastest-growing hotel groups in the region, says the developer.
The hotel tower will begin operations in September 2018.
CEO Saeed Al Qatami says: “Delivering a project to our owners at the beginning of the year sets the tone for what we aim to accomplish in 2018. Mont Rose is one of our iconic projects, which is situated to take advantage of Dubai’s up-and-coming areas – including the Expo 2020 site.
“Deyaar is committed to delivering quality projects that meet our exacting standards, in terms of build, location, and return on investment.”
Deyaar also expects to deliver The Atria in the second quarter of 2018. Currently near completion, The Atria is located in Business Bay and comprises a four-star hotel apartment tower and a residential tower. The project has 347 serviced apartments managed by the Millennium & Copthorne Group, and 219 residential units. Residents will have access to facilities such as a luxury spa, fine-dining restaurant, gymnasium, and an infinity pool that overlooks the iconic Burj Khalifa.
Meanwhile, Deyaar Development says it has won the Best Real Estate Project – Affordable Housing Award for Midtown at the Gulf Real Estate Awards 2018.
Midtown is a contemporary 1.2-million-sq-ft mixed-use development with a built-up area of more than 5.7 million sq ft in Dubai Production City, close to the Al Maktoum International Airport.
The masterplan is developed on an urban village concept, served by a massive central garden on the podium level and a public retail and restaurants space at the ground level, anchored by hospitality developments. The development is in close proximity to Dubai metro stations, schools, and shopping centres, as well as Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
