Bloom delivers key Abu Dhabi community project

Bloom Properties has announced the timely handover of Faya, the fourth phase of its Bloom Gardens masterplanned community in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
A unit of Bloom Holding, the company says it also provides customised leasing and property management solutions that exceed the tenants’ expectations.
Faya boasts an idyllic location in Bloom Gardens, an exclusive residential community nestled in the heart of the capital – just minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park. Faya features townhomes spread across 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters. Leveraging an intelligent design, its contemporary architecture maximises the value of living spaces, while its interiors are fitted out with high-quality fixtures and finishes.
Bloom Properties also says work is progressing well on its Park View and Soho Square developments at Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi and on track for delivery by the end of this year.
On its Dubai projects, the developer says it has recently awarded the main construction contract for Bloom Towers, while the construction works at Bloom Heights is progressing as per plan. These developments are scheduled for handover in Q4 2020 and Q4 2019, respectively.
