First Bahrain has launched the sale of residential villas at El Mercado Village, a new complex adjacent to the upscale neighbourhood market, El Mercado Janabiya, in the kingdom.
Located north of the Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Highway, the complex offers residents direct access to the Saudi causeway, as well as an easy commute to and from Manama. Covering 150,000 sq ft of space, El Mercado Village includes 42 premium villas and townhouses featuring spacious living areas, premium master suites, as well as rooftop gardens and provisions for smart home technology.
International real estate consultancy Cluttons has been appointed exclusive partner to market and sell the project, which is due to be delivered by May.
Harry Goodson-Wickes, the head of Cluttons Bahrain says: “Currently 95 per cent complete, we expect the project’s strategic placement and best-in-class interiors to generate strong interest ahead of the fast-approaching completion date.”
