Trident International Holdings (TIH) has launched its fourth freehold luxury residential project – the Trident Grand Residence – in Dubai Marina.

The project will feature a sky gym, sky lounge, tennis courts besides a full fledged business center, banquet hall and 3G transponder system alongside a whole load of luxurious offerings.
Strategically located within walking distance from the oceanfront, the 45-storey project comprises 253 condominiums and luxury penthouses and will offer a breathtaking unobstructed view of the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina.
Situated on the 40th floor, will be the exclusive sky gym complemented with an aerobics studio.  Residents can workout on the state-of-the-art cardio vascular machines or simply practice yoga at the Yoga Alcove. The 40th floor will also feature a Cigar Lounge and a well serviced Sky Lounge.
Like all Trident projects, TGR will also be loaded with the smart home technology starting from light settings to virtual parenting that keeps a tab on kids miles away from home. In addition, all homes will enjoy the pleasures from a pre-installed home theatre system to indoor and outdoor pools to the majestic grand lobby. The project will also offer the convenience of grand banqueting for all occasions with the first of its kind banquet hall and a fully equipped business centre for uninterrupted business services.
Full-scale construction of Trident Grand Residence will commence shortly, and the project is scheduled for completion by the early half of 2008.
