Rashed Al Rashed seeks bids for 24-storey tower

Saudi-based Rashed A Al Rashed and Sons is currently seeking turnkey bids from international contractors for the construction of its 24-storey tower project in Al Khobar.

Located on the Al Khobar-Dammam Highway, the office tower will offer a total built-up area of around 48,000 sq m, comprising three basement levels of 8,000 sq m area each, a ground floor, one mezzanine and 22 upper floors, each with a floor area of around 1,020 sq m. The three basement levels will be used for car parking.
Contractors are requested to submit their prequalification bids to the real estate department on the fourth floor of the Al-Rashed office building in Al Khobar.
Founded in 1950 by Sheikh Rashed Al Rashed as a building materials trading firm, the company has now transformed itself into a holding entity for companies with business interests in trading, manufacturing, services, construction, contracting and development.
