ABU DHABI'S Tourism Development and Investment Corporation (TDIC) has invited contractors to submit bids for the main construction works on its delayed Louvre Abu Dhabi museum project. The museum, designed by Jean Nouvel, will form an iconic landmark within the cultural district of Saadiyat.
