Cityscape Riyadh 2012 Awards were announced at a special ceremony held last month alongside the Riyadh Urban Development and Real Estate event in Saudi Arabia, which was attended by real estate developers, consultants, architects, and industry experts.

The Community, Culture and Islamic Architecture Award went to Al Andalus Schools for its new 50,000-sq-m Al Andalus Educational Complex project in north Jeddah while the Residential Project Award (future) went to Reyadah Investment for its Reyadah Housing Complex project. Scoring a double win, the Heart of Jeddah developed by Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company (JDURC) bagged both Best Commercial and Retail Project Award (future) and Best Urban Design and Master Planning Award.

Held last month (December 9 to 11) at the Riyadh Exhibition Centre, Cityscape Riyadh provided a prominent venue for the Saudi real estate industry to showcase projects and services, and highlight investment and development opportunities in the Riyadh region.
