IRAQ’S latest projects will be unveiled this month at a high-level summit at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE, this month (May 22 to 23).
The Iraq Infrastructure and Construction Summit 2013 is an exclusive senior level meeting that will bring together high-level Iraqi government and business leaders to discuss the latest plans and projects in the infrastructure and construction sectors of Iraq.
The in-depth summit will highlight sectors such as transportation, electricity, water, urban development, construction, banking, health and education, with specific focus on Iraq airports, railway developments, roads and bridges upgrades, electricity production targets, water treatment systems, housing and construction projects, urban planning and the banking sector.
Organised by global summit organiser IRN, the event will feature presentations, case studies, exclusive governmental updates and roundtable discussions from Iraq government officials, business specialists and international companies with long-standing projects in Iraq.
Speakers at the summit include Dr Ihsan Al Amin, adviser to the deputy president of Iraq; Dhia Nagi Al Baghdadi, director-general for municipalities, and Amir Khaleel Ismail, director-general for water, both at the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works; Fouad Khudair Waheed, director-general for sewerage systems, Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works; and housing and construction officials.
