WITH thousands of deals finalised on site, business worth millions of dollars was generated at The Big 5, Middle East Concrete and PMV Live, held from November 25 to 28, 2013, in Dubai, UAE.

3M, a global leader in innovation, was awarded the coveted Gaia Award for its VHBTM green building solution at The Big 5.

RMD Boards, a division of JRD International, showcased 300 different types of its environment-friendly, fire-retardant decorative wall panels at The Big 5. Major attractions of its display included glossy finish panels in solid colours. The company also launched the RMD marble flooring and wall coverings at the event.

GEBERIT International Sales has walked away with a Gaia Award in the kitchen and bathroom category for its Geberit Duofix, a 100 per cent recyclable product. The annual Gaia Awards, which honours green construction products and equipment, was held as part of The Big 5 Dubai.

THE third edition of Intermat Middle East, to be held this month (January 14 to 16) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, UAE, will welcome 130 exhibitors representing 200 brands.
