The UAE-based Building Products Division of Khansaheb Civil Engineering has joined forces with Ardex to bring a unique cement technology to Dubai’s booming tiling, commercial flooring and industrial flooring markets.

As exclusive distributor for the UAE, Khansaheb’s Building Products Division will supply a wide range of Ardex's innovative products and also jointly provide experienced technical support for designers, specifiers and applicators.
Spearheading the new technology is the Ardex “Rapidry-Aqua Lock” Formula which chemically binds mixing water within the mortar, thus reducing drying times for screeds/smoothing compounds and eliminates the risk of water staining in natural stone tiles.
This and other product developments by Ardex have been recognised by the Vienna Economic Council, which listed Ardex among the “Top 100 companies for innovative performance in 2005” in a recent study, says a spokesman.
This new venture is part of Khansaheb’s ongoing development programme, which aims to continually improve the quality of products and services it provides its customers and Ardex’s reputation for product innovation will certainly make a major contribution to these aims, says Keith Ridgway, executive director of Khansaheb.
