PUTZMEISTER Mörtelmaschinen, one of the leading manufacturers of the world’s largest ranges of technical and service-oriented machines, will present an extensive product line at The Big 5 – ranging from plastering machines and floor screed conveyors to professional high-pressure cleaners.

The Germany company will showcase on a 119-sq-m stand its M 760 DHB high-performance floor screed conveyor, the P 13 DMR piston pump, the MP 25 mixing pump as well as the professional high-pressure cleaner Dynajet 500md.
“These machines cater to the special requirements of the Gulf market,” says a spokesman for the company. “For instance, the new version of the piston pump P 13 DMR can convert site mixes with local sand and is capable of working under harsh conditions.”

MP 25 is a compact plastering machine and is multifunctional. It can be used for many different readymix plasters as well as for small to medium-sized self-levelling floor screed applications.

The M 760 is the strongest floor screed conveyor of its type, says the spokesman. It conveys cement-based, semi-dry floor screed as well as dry materials like sand and grit, and is suitable for use in high-rise buildings too.

The Dynajet 500md is, however, used for a totally different application. The compact high-pressure cleaner works with a robust diesel engine and 500 bar/7,250 PSI pressure.

“It is the ideal high-pressure cleaner for many cleaning and abrasion jobs such as cleaning of machines and formworks as well as scoring concrete,” he says.

The construction industry has one of the biggest uses for high-pressure cleaning. The Dynajet high-pressure water jetting systems cater to all construction projects right from the beginning. The systems are a solution for all applications where simple deposits or hard fouling have to be removed fast, the spokesman says.

“This is one of Putzmeister’s most innovative products on the market that has been manufactured, as always, with the customer in mind,” he continues. “Our goal is to develop qualitative high-grade professional high-pressure cleaners to facilitate daily work.”

The products in this category range from 150 bar/2,175 PSI up to 2.800 bar/40,600 PSI pressure, They are available in diesel, gasoline or electric versions; a choice of cold water trollies up to 500 bar/7,250 PSI (they can be completed to adequate hot water units) and mobile hot water trailers up to 800 bar/17,400 PSI as well as cold water ultra-high pressure units up to 2,800 bar/40,600 PSI pressure.

Further, many high-pressure units are available in the stationary version, too. The Dynajet units are applicable worldwide due to the wide assortment of different voltage versions. The company also offers a comprehensive accessories range for all specifications.

Putzmeister, known for its expertise in mortar machines, has grown rapidly to develop and manufacture one of the most comprehensive ranges of powerful plaster machines, floor screed conveyors and fine concrete pumps – including carefully designed accessories. According to the spokesman, the company has also set new quality standards in conveying technology for painters and plasterers with fine concrete and fine spray pumps.
