RIVALU, France, a specialist manufacturer of sliding opening and closing devices, will showcase a new generation of equipment for sliding windows and doors during The Big 5 next month at Ubifrance’s French pavilion.
Rivalu is a trademark of Assa Abloy France, which designs, manufactures and sells an extensive range of architectural hardware. It structures its range according to the type of opening: top hung projecting opening, side opening, tilt-and-turn opening, and sliding opening.
“The new concept consists of a range of fittings that meet the most demanding requirements in the field of technical and thermal performance, impermeability and pick locking resistance,” says a spokesman for Rivalu.
This concept facilitates the ease and speed of installation. The Rivalu product range includes fittings and handles.
Among its range of fittings is the SR3000, a single-piece closing system with one, two or three locking points ensuring reinforced security of sliding windows and doors.
It is available in two versions: with adjustable hook (SR3000R) or standard (SR3000). Rivalu offers a wide range of features with common advantages for the different versions such as the stainless steel hook and slide rail, key locking, security anti-pick locking system, and quick and easy fixing of the handles.
A connecting rod for a fourth point locking can be adapted to both the SR3000 and the SR3000R series.
The company offers an extensive range of handles to match this new generation of equipment for GCC countries and the Middle East.
It provides a choice of using either standard handles or specifically-designed handles, to operate sliding windows and doors. These include Neptune, the ergonomic and design handle; Calipso and Cassiopee, the pull-push handles with locking button; a turning handle with a fixing distance of 43 mm; and flush handles with a turning button (Hera) or a vertical movable button (Hestia).
For more than 30 years, Rivalu has been specialising in aluminium window accessories by providing complete sets for opening and closing windows including both fittings and furniture.
Based in Longué, the company has a 137,000-sq-m manufacturing facility, which integrates all process steps to produce architectural hardware: aluminium gravity-casting, polymer and zinc alloy die-casting, machining and polishing, surface treatments, thermo-lacquering, and assembly.
Partnering with main aluminium system companies and large window manufacturer, Rivalu manufactures an extensive range of equipment for the doors, windows, and façade industry.
Rivalu will be present at Stand IF10.
