A new 50-storey high-end freehold residential building in Bahrain that will introduce a new standard in design ingenuity and luxury high-rise living is set for completion by mid-2008.
Called the Infinity Tower, the $150 million skyscraper in Seef will feature some 350 luxury apartments, ranging from one-bedroom lofts to sprawling double storey four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses boasting sea and city views.
Infinity Tower has been conceptualised and designed by WS Atkins, which has designed some of the Middle East's most unique landmarks including the Burj Al Arab and the Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC).
“Infinity Tower will redefine the standards for luxury high-rise living featuring state-of-the-art amenities such as skygardens and infinity swimming pools,” says Robin Williamson, managing director of DTZ Bahrain, which is managing the building’s development and leasing.
The development will be located on a 3,945 sq m “island” plot with a built-up area of 85,000 sq m. The island will be established from reclaimed land in a prime location within Seef District.
Infinity Tower will also offer a mix of retail space as well as a broad range of five-star amenities, including shops, restaurants and cafes on the ground floor. In addition, there will be gymnasiums for women and men, a landscaped deck and garden area, café, an outdoor swimming pool a 200-m private beach and 750 parking spaces set across seven levels of the development.
